Bridgestone Golf MINDSET Sweepstakes OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING

1. Eligibility: Bridgestone Golf MINDSET Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, plus the District of Columbia, who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Bridgestone Golf, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), any prize supplier, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates and their advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family members and household members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family members means parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. Household members means those people who share the same residence at least three months per year.
2. Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on 5/6/2024 at 6:00am ET and ends on 9/1/2024 at 11:59pm ET (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received by 9/1/2024 11:59pm ET. Sponsor’s database clock is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.
3. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, each entrant must register and complete the online entry form at https://www.bridgestonegolf.com/en-us/mindset-sweepstakes. Multiple entries from the same person in violation of the rules will be disqualified. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Use of any automated methods to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Entrants must have a valid email address and it is entrant’s responsibility to update Sponsor of any change in email address. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address. The “authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider, online service provider, carrier, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning the email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
4. Prize: One Grand Prize winner will receive a trip to Atlanta, Georgia for the winner and one (1) travel companion. The Grand Prize also includes one (1) e-Gift Card for Bridgestone Golf valued at $500 redeemable only for products available at www.bridgestonegolf.com; and one (1) Visa Prepaid Gift Card valued at $500. The Grand Prize also includes four (4) tee times for two (2) individuals at TPC Sugarloaf in Duluth, Georgia for the winner and one (1) travel companion for use on four (4) consecutive days between November 15, 2024 and June 15, 2024 subject to availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion valued at $700; the Grand Prize includes a tour of Sponsor’s facility and a golf ball fitting, both in Covington, Georgia; the Grand Prize includes a year’s supply of Sponsor’s golf balls valued at around $300 and the Grand Prize includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) valued at around $1000 USD and three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel room at Sponsor’s sole discretion, valued at $800 USD. The total ARV for the Bridgestone Golf MINDSET Sweepstakes is around $4,000 USD. The Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companion must travel together and on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable. It is the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and his or her companion to provide proper documentation (including government issued picture identification). All aspects of the travel portions of the Grand Prize must be conducted on such dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. The dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Travel must be booked at least three (3) weeks prior to travel. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel route and select hotels in their sole and absolute discretion. The Grand Prize winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these official rules. The round trip air transportation element for the Grand Prize winner begins and ends at the point of departure. The Grand Prize is subject to seat and hotel availability, as well as Sponsor’s terms and conditions generally applicable thereto. If, in the judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to the Grand Prize winner’s proximity to Atlanta, Georgia, ground transportation will be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the Grand Prize winner. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any Grand Prize-related services or accommodations. Sponsor is not liable for any missed prize events, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any transportation or other prize element except at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Additional prize award details and travel information to be provided to the Grand Prize winner at the time of winner confirmation. The Grand Prize winner and his/her companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. The Grand Prize winner may be required to provide a credit card at the time of hotel check-in. The Grand Prize winner’s travel companion must be at least eighteen (18) years old as of the date of departure. The travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Once a travel companion is selected, he/she may not be substituted, except in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these general rules, and those set forth by Sponsor’s transportation carrier(s) of choice. Lost, stolen, or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein, are not included as part of the prize package, and are solely the Grand Prize winner’s responsibility, including, but not limited to: hotel taxes, additional ground transportation at the Grand Prize winner’s destination(s), travel insurance, room service, bag check fees, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities and service charges. Transportation carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, and any changes made to either of these will be at the expense of the Grand Prize winner. The actual value of the prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the approximate retail value is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules, and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. No cash or other substitution, assignment, or transfer of any prize is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with cash or another prize of comparable or greater value. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. The prize will be awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, offered by Sponsor.
5. Non-Transferable. The Grand Prize is non-transferable, with no cash redemptions, equivalents or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change and prize provider’s rules and restrictions, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide a winner with his or her prize, the Sponsor may elect to provide winner with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value. All prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). The Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial, and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prize they receive, regardless of whether they, in whole or in part, are used. The ARV of the prizes is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any prize awarded to the Grand Prize Winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The Grand Prize winner will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid social security number or social insurance number before the prize will be awarded, for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 or 1042-S may be issued in the name of the Grand Prize winner, for the actual value of the prize received. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. Prizes, if legitimately claimed, will be awarded. The Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen prizes or any prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the winner because of an incorrect or changed address. If the Grand Prize winner does not accept or use the entire prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the prize will be forfeited and the Released Parties (defined below) will have no further obligation with respect to that prize or portion of the prize. No more than the stated prizes will be awarded. The Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for and the Grand Prize winner will not receive the difference, if any, between the actual value of the prize at the time of award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related correspondence or material.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Potential Winner Selection: There will be one Grand Prize winner selected in this Sweepstakes following the conclusion of the Entry Period. The Grand Prize winner will be selected through a random drawing following the conclusion of the Entry Period. Sponsor will have complete discretion over interpretation of the Official Rules, of administration of the Sweepstakes, and of selection of the winner. Decisions of the Sponsor as to the selection of the Grand Prize winner will be final and binding in all respects. 
8. Potential Winner Notification: The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified within thirty (30) days after the last day of the Sweepstakes, by e-mail, phone, postal mail, or any other means at Sponsor’s discretion. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to provide his/her mailing address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted) for prize fulfillment purposes, which must be received by Sponsor within seven (7) business days days of the date notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. In the event that the potential Grand Prize winner fails to respond as stated above, declines the prize, or fails to provide any other requested information within the time period, such potential Grand Prize winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor will select an alternate potential Grand Prize winner as provided in Section 7 of these General Rules. If an alternate similarly fails to respond or declines the prize, Sponsor will use a reasonable number of attempts, in its discretion, to award the prize to another alternate. But if it is unable to do so, the prize will be finally forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further liability in connection with this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize will be fulfilled in the timeframe as provided in Section 4 of these General Rules after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.
9. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes Grand Prize winner's consent to Sponsor’s use of Grand Prize winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
10. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules or cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion, or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Release: By receipt of any prize, the Grand Prize winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and any promotional partners, each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliate, and related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim, or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the Sweepstakes or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation personal injury, death, and/or property damage, as well as claims based on publicity rights, defamation, and/or invasion of privacy.
12. Third Party Release: If any of an entrant’s submission materials (including, but not limited to, the Video Testimonial and/or the Comment Testimonial) (collectively, the “Work”) contain any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, and/or if any persons appear in the Work, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the Work, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the exhibition and use of the Work in the manner set forth in these Official Rules without additional compensation. If any person appearing in any Work is under the age of majority in their state/province/territory of residence, the signature of a parent or legal guardian is required on each release. Upon Sponsor’s request, each entrant must be prepared to provide (within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of Sponsor’s request) a signed release from all persons who appear in the Work submitted, and/or from the owner of any material that appears in the Work, authorizing the Released Parties to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the entry in connection with the Sweepstakes and promotion of the Sweepstakes, in any media now or hereafter known. Failure to provide such releases upon request may result in disqualification at any time during the Sweepstakes. Similarly, upon Sponsor’s request, each entrant must be prepared to provide (within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of Sponsor’s request) a signed written license from the copyright owner of any sculpture, artwork, text, or other copyrighted material that appears in the Work entry, authorizing the Released Parties to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the entry in connection with the Sweepstakes and promotion of the Sweepstakes, in any media now or hereafter known. Failure to provide such releases upon request may result in disqualification. Finally, upon Sponsor’s request, each entrant must be prepared to provide (within seven (7) calendar days of receipt of Sponsor’s request) a signed written license from the owner of any private property included in the Work, authorizing the Released Parties to reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of the entry in connection with the Sweepstakes and promotion of the Sweepstakes, in any media now or hereafter known. Failure to provide such releases upon request may result in disqualification. For the purposes of these Official Rules, the entrant will be deemed to be in receipt of Sponsor’s request or notification, (a) in the event that Sponsor sends the request by postal mail, five business days after the request was sent by Sponsor, or (b) in the event that Sponsor sends the request by email, on the day that the email was sent by Sponsor.
13. License: By entering the Sweepstakes, all entrants grant an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide non-exclusive license to the Released Parties to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the Works (along with a name credit) in connection with the Sweepstakes and promotion of the Sweepstakes, in any media now or hereafter known, for no additional compensation (the “License”). Entrants consent to Sponsor doing or omitting to do any act that would otherwise infringe the entrant’s “moral rights” in their Works. Display or publication of any Works on a Released Parties’ website does not indicate the entrant will be selected as a winner. The Released Parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use as authorized by the License. Additionally, by entering, each entrant grants to the Released Parties the unrestricted right to use all statements made in connection with the Sweepstakes, and pictures or likenesses of Sweepstakes entrants, or choose not to do so, at their sole discretion, except where prohibited by law. The Released Parties will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such use.
14. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, or network hardware, or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, or receipt, or use of any prize or while traveling to or from any prize-related activity. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
15. Disputes: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Georgia; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"); and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. Georgia State law, without reference to Georgia’s choice of law rules, governs the Sweepstakes and all aspects related thereto. Entrants hereby agree that any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be resolved by arbitration pursuant to this provision and the code of procedures of either the judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (“JAMS”) or the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), as selected by the entrant.
16. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy https://www.bridgestonegolf.com/en-us/privacy.
17. Miscellaneous: The names of individuals, groups, companies, products and services mentioned herein, and any corresponding likenesses, logos and images thereof reproduced herein, have been used for identification purposes only and may be the copyrighted properties and trademarks of their respective owners. The mention of any individual, group or company, or the inclusion of a product or service as a prize, does not imply any association with or endorsement by such individual, group or company, or the manufacturer or distributor of such product or service and, except as otherwise indicated, no association or endorsement is intended or should be inferred. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of the Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. For entrants, to the extent there is a conflict between these Official Rules and any terms of use or other agreement posted on the https://www.bridgestonegolf.com/en-us/mindset-sweepstakes, these Official Rules control. If the Sweepstakes uses the Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn Platform, the Sweepstakes is not endorsed, sponsored, administrated by, or associated with Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn.
18. Winner List: The Grand Prize Winner’s name will be posted online at https://www.bridgestonegolf.com/en-us/mindset-sweepstakes on or around 9/15/2024 for a period of 30 days.
